…and they crucified Him…

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, and shall fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame. Hebrews 6:4-6

Charles Spurgeon observed that “Within a few centuries after the death of Christ, the Christian religion had spread over the civilized world, while Paganism which had all the philosophy of the east and of the west to back it up, had fallen into disrepute and was laughed to scorn.”

Today, Paganism is spreading over the civilized world while Christianity has fallen into disrepute and is laughed to scorn.  Paganism is even spreading through the Christian churches without a protest from most pastors or their congregations.  Perhaps ignorance explains the silence of many.  Paganism is so foreign to Christianity that most Christians fail to recognize it, especially in a church setting.

Yet, like the early Church, we’ve been warned that “savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.  Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.  Therefore watch…”  (Acts 20:29-30)

Pagan infiltration is occurring across the denominational spectrum; no church is immune to infiltration.  The enemy is especially targeting the youth, not just in the secular culture but in their church youth groups.  The following article exposes Paganism in a venue we may not expect it … the high school youth camp sponsored by John MacArthur.  Please avail yourself of this information which will help you to recognize Paganism in your church and youth group.

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.” (Eph. 5:11)

Every summer John MacArthur and Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California host a youth camp and church carnival. Regeneration Summer Camp draws 800 to 1,000 high school age youth from Grace Community Church and MacArthur-related churches all over the United States. The five day camp is traditionally held at the end of July and culminates in a church Carnival immediately following the Sunday evening service. For many years Regeneration Summer Camp was held at Glorieta Camp in New Mexico but the venue changed in 2013 to Point Loma Nazarene University. Grace Community Church also sponsors a Juniors’ Winter Camp for grades 4 through 6 at Forest Home Camp and Retreat Center.

A former member of Grace Community Church expressed genuine concerns about the events of the 2010 Regeneration Summer Camp held in Glorieta, NM and the Grace Community Church Carnival which followed:

“At this year’s event, Rick Holland, John MacArthur and Austin Duncan attended and preached.  GCC also invites several other churches in various states.  The camp was 5 days of ‘activities’—small groups, dozens of games…a well-known ‘Christian’ rapper, Austin and Rick taking stage and rapping, more games (some starting as late as 10:00PM). These games were continuous the whole conference.  I’ve been told that one game involved teams trying to avoid touching a pig’s head.

“…we attended a CARNIVAL at GCC last night. Another unbelievable event—20+ ‘activities’, including bowling, face-painting…. judging from the Carnival activities, I would say that GCC needs no help planning these pagan activities… And I kept noticing one child after another being paraded up to ‘pose’ for a picture after the wicked adults had painted their faces…’”

Pagan activities?  Face painting?  Pigs head?

The major festivals of the pagan world are Samhain (October 30-31), Imbolc (February 1-2), Beltane (April 30-May 1) and Lughnasadh (August 1). During these celebrations, pagans honor their false gods by painting their faces and bodies and participating in warrior games, fertility (sex) rituals and even animal and human sacrifices.

As previously stated, John MacArthur’s “Regeneration” youth camp is traditionally held at the end of July and generally coincides with the dates of the Celtic Druid festival of Lughnasadh. 1. The 2010 camp/conference was held from July 26-30, and the annual Grace Community Church “Carnival” which followed fell on Sunday, August 1, the feast of Lughnasadh:

Sunday, August 01, 2010
Summer Family Fest: Campus Carnival

This summer Sunday-evening event has become a family favorite. Join us after the evening service for a great time of games, food, and fun. Activities for all ages and interests will be available across the campus.
Summer Family Fest: Building the Family One Blast at a Time

Carnivals originated in ancient paganism as immoral fertility rites.

“Since early times carnivals have been accompanied by parades, masquerades, pageants, and other forms of revelry that had their origins in pre-Christian pagan rites, particularly fertility rites that were connected with the coming of spring and the rebirth of vegetation.” (Pagan Revelry: The Days Are Evil)

According to the Fellowship of Isis, Lughnasadh is also the Celtic Druid “Festival of Regeneration”— the very name chosen for John MacArthur’s annual summer youth camp:

“(Druids Calendar) August 1 (Kerea 22), widely known also as Lammas and Lughnasadh, is the feast of regeneration.

“From The Coming Age issue 11 (Lux Madriana):

The Celtic Druid Festival of Regeneration is held in honor of the Great Mother Goddess who guides souls through successive reincarnations, which is the pagan meaning of “regeneration”:

Regeneration. The festivals of late summer open the great Mysteries of Life cycle which spans a quarter of the year. They celebrate the Goddess as the Source of all life, the Creatrix and Sustainer of the cycles of existence through which the soul moves. The ultimate revolution in the life of every soul… turning back to the Goddess is particularly a subject for meditation during the late summer and autumn. The symbol of the Festival of Regeneration is the ear of corn… This festival is concerned with the movement between lives and the resurgence of new life, celebrating the Mother of our rebirth and the Daughter as Our Lady of the Dark Gates, She who guards and guides all souls in the transition from one life to the next. For each soul must pass through many existences, on this world or elsewhere… Throughout this journey [back to the Goddess] our Lady is watching over us, giving us life and strength.”

The feast of Lughnasadh on August 1 is “the last of the four great fire festivals of the Celtic year,” during which the veil between the material world and the spirit realm is lifted. The period preceding the actual feast is set apart for rituals invoking the pagan gods:

“One of several historic sources for the four Celtic fire festivals Imbolc, Beltaine, Lughnasadh and Samhain is the early medieval Irish tale ‘Tochmarc Emire’… One of these days is Lughnasadh, marking the beginning of fall. It takes place on the 1st of August, a date internationally agreed upon, or on the day of the full moon next to this date, if you want to celebrate when the ancient Celts probably did.” (The Order of Bards and Druids)

The Celtic fire festivals involved animal and human sacrifices by fire in a combustible wooden cage called The Wicker Man.  Lugnasadh, the festival of Regeneration has long been a tradition of Scotland, homeland of the MacArthur Clan of which John MacArthur is a famous descendant:

“Lughnasadh or Lughnasa … is a Gaelic festival marking the beginning of the harvest season that was historically observed throughout Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. Originally it was held on 31 July–1 August, or approximately halfway between the summer solstice and autumn equinox However, over time the celebrations shifted to the Sundays nearest this date. Lughnasadh is one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals; along with Samhain, Imbolc and Beltane.” (Lughnasadh)

According to Wikipedia, “The festival itself is named after the god Lugh.” (Lughnasadh) “Lugh,” which means Shining One (‘Lucifer’?),

Sabbats: A Witch’s Approach to Living the Old Ways

“The Irish Sun God, Lugh, literally ‘the shining One,’ was a god of skills and was even said to be able to come into human form worship among the Druids for whom he was the primary deity. He was also the God of the Harvests, Fire, Light, and Metallurgy, and he was the protector and defender of the weak and ill. As the King of the Tuatha De Danaan, a mythical race of early Celts, he was one of the consorts of Dana, the first Great Mother Goddess of Ireland. As such, much of the Celtic Lughnasadh celebration focused on him. Though this Sabbat is named in honor of a god, the Goddess aspect features prominently, too. The Irish Goddess Dana, as Lugh’s Queen, is also venerated… The Goddess is honored and thanked for brining forth the fruits…” (p. 174)

The festival of Lughnasadh was also called Lammas and the “feast of first fruits” in order to Christianize its forbidden customs and dissociate it from the Druid god, Lugh.

Lugh was a mighty warrior and the Celtic god of war—a giant like Nimrod, the mighty hunter of men who defied God. (Gen. 10-8-9) Lugnasadh was therefore an ancient warrior festival which included “funeral games” alleged to have been held in honor of Lugh’s deceased foster mother, Talti. It is more probable that the “funeral” was for the human victims who were sacrificed.

“Recent evidence that Druids possibly committed cannibalism and ritual human sacrifice—perhaps on a massive scale—add weight to ancient Roman accounts of Druidic savagery, archaeologists say. After a first century B.C. visit to Britain, the Romans came back with horrific stories about these high-ranking priests of the Celts, who had spread throughout much of Europe over a roughly 2,000-year period. Julius Caesar, who led the first Roman landing in 55 B.C., said the native Celts ‘believe that the gods delight in the slaughter of prisoners and criminals, and when the supply of captives runs short, they sacrifice even the innocent’… Recent gruesome finds appear to confirm the Romans’ accounts, according to Secrets of the Druids, a new documentary airing Saturday on the U.S. National Geographic Channel.” (Druid Human Sacrifice, Cannibalism)

Lughnasadh was also a festival of “warrior magic” invoking the warrior god through ritual magic.  Initiation rites, chanting and dancing in circles incited the warriors into a frenzy, creating altered states and a group mind which lowered inhibitions regarding the taking of human life.

“The Traditional Craft celebrates Lughnasa as a festival of warrior magic and male energies. the warrior here is a psychic warrior; his weapons are his body, mind, and spirit.” (Lammas: Celebrating the Fruits of the First Harvest, Anna Franklin and Paul Mason, p. 138)

“The Deities of Lughnasadh are Danu (Anu), the Mother of Gods and Men, and Lugh, the patron of scholars, craftsmen, warriors and magicians.” (The Druid Way)

“Lugh – The Solar god of the Gallicans (Celts). Could Lugh be the origin of the name Lucifer the Light Bringer?

1. Ireland, Wales. The Shining One; Sun god; god of war; ‘many-skilled’; ‘fair-haired one’; ‘white or shining’; a hero god. His feast is Lughnassadh, a harvest festival… ‘He was carpenter, mason, … DruidWar, magicreincarnationsorcerers, healing, revenge, initiation, prophecy.’ (Celtic Deities)” (LUCIFER: More On Lucifer)

The warrior theme is evident in the photos of John MacArthur’s Regeneration Camp which show many campers with painted faces and bodies participating in games that are traditionally held during the festival of Lughnasadh or Regeneration.

These Regeneration campers and counselors are emulating the Celtic Warrior spirit.

According to National Geographic, the ancient Celts were a warrior culture, “a civilization of aristocratic warrior tribes. The word ‘Celtic’ comes from the Greek Keltoi, first appearing in the sixth century B.C. to describe ‘barbarians’ living inland from the Mediterranean Sea.”

“For hundreds of years the Celtic warrior represented the quintessential barbarian warrior to the settled peoples of the Mediterranean… Their attacks on the battlefield were fearless, wild and savage, but they were also skilled and deadly….

“The Celts were a warrior culture. Fighters were admired like heroes and courage in the battleground was an important virtue. The Celtic elite fighters functioned as models, which should inspire other warriors by their courage. The Celts cut off the heads of killed enemies and collected them…

“One of the main motivations of Celtic warriors was the pursuit of glory and to this end the Celts loved exhibition when in battle… Warriors often painted themselves with woad, a blue dye, or used war cries in order to intimidate their enemies. Celtic warriors would also wear horned helmets or helmets topped with horse tails into the battle to intimidate their enemies and make themselves appear taller…” (Celtic Warriors)

In his commentary on Leviticus 19:28, British theologian Adam Clarke noted the striking parallel between the marks on the body which were customs in ancient pagan idolatry and the mark of the Beast which will be mandatory during the Tribulation period.

“Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.”

“It was a very ancient and a very general custom to carry marks on the body in honor of the object of their worship… Most of the barbarous nations lately discovered have their faces, arms, breasts, etc., curiously carved or tattooed, probably for superstitious purposes. Ancient writers abound with accounts of marks made on the face, arms, etc., in honor of different idols; and to this the inspired penman alludes, Revelation 13:16,17; 14:9,11; 15:2; 16:2; 19:20; 20:4, where false worshippers are represented as receiving in their hands and in their forehead the marks of the beast.”

“Ye shall not…print any marks upon you:”

Interspersed among the Regeneration Camp and Forest Home Camp photos are pictures and information from pagan sources which expose the pagan origins of these customs. Regeneration and Forest Home campers may not realize it but they are “learning the way of the heathen” which God has forbidden His people to do:

“Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen…
For the customs of the people are vain.
…they are altogether brutish and foolish:
…a doctrine of vanities.” Jeremiah 10:2-3,8

Summer Solstice Celebration at Stonehenge

“You can make stencils to use when body painting, using symbols that represent your particular religion, or totem animal, or you can also use Celtic knotwork. Each is common. Face painting is always fun for everyone, especially the kids!…” (Lughnasadh: Activities at Lammas)

Summer Solstice Celebrations at Stonehenge

“…faces blackened with soot or red ochre. English Morris men can be found with faces painted in various colors including red, yellow, black, and green. Such traditions are constantly being reinvented… For your Lammas celebrations, you can paint on tribal marks and Celtic patterns, or make up yourself and your friends to represent totem animals associated with the festival… Children find face painting great fun, and it is perfectly safe.” (Lammas: Celebrating the Fruits of the First Harvest, p. 142)

Summer Solstice Celebrations at Stonehenge

“Celtic Tradition says that Pictish warriors painted their bodies with woad to present a threatening appearance to their enemies. Woad is a yellow flowered plant, and gives a blue color, much like that of blue jeans today… You can make stencils to use when body painting, using symbols that represent your particular religion, or totem animal, or you can also use Celtic knotwork. Each is common.

“Face painting is always fun for everyone, especially the kids!… Paint your face to look like your totem, or to look threatening, much like the warriors did in their time…” (Lughnasadh: Activities at Lammas)

“Julius Caesar tells us (in De Bello Gallico) that the Britanni used to colour their bodies blue with vitrum,…The northern inhabitants of Britain came to be known as Picts (Picti), which means ‘painted ones’ in Latin, and may have been due to these accounts of them painting or tattooing their bodies.” (Wikipedia)

Pentagram on Forehead and Illuminated Eye

“And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:” (Rev. 14:9)

Contradicting God’s Word, John MacArthur teaches that those who take the mark of the Beast can still be redeemed. See Part 1.

“The overarching theme of Chinese sexology, of course, is the union of yin and yang.”

“Resonating on many levels, it is physically man and woman and metaphysically masculine and feminine. As technical terms in sexology, yang may refer to the male gender, the male member, or sexual essence; whereas yin may refer to the female gender, the private parts of both sexes, or sexual secretions. Leaner and more abstract than such mythical personifications as Venus and Apollo or Shiva and Shakti, the yin-yang paradigm nevertheless gives ample scope for man and woman to play the roles of heaven and earth and adds a metaphysical dimension to the commerce of the bedroom… The glorification of yin in early Taoist philosophy, and the emphasis on the balance of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine, gives way to the search for pure yang in alchemy, meditation, and sexual yoga.”

The Wicker Man Film (2006)

The campers and counselors in this section are displaying Wiccan hand signs which reveals they are Wiccans, Druids or other pagan cult members and that they are invoking pagan gods at the Lugnasadh / Regeneration festival which is Camp Regeneration. According to Crafting Wiccan Traditions by Raven Grimassi, the upraised thumb and pinky finger on the right hand is the sign for invoking the “Horned God.” The same configuration on the left hand invokes the “Crescent Crowned Goddess.” The upraised forefinger and pinky finger is the Wiccan gesture for banishing spirits, i.e., the Holy Spirit. These hand signs are used in Wiccan rituals to establish communication with demonic spirits.

This Regeneration camper/counselor is invoking the Horned God and the Crescent Crowned Goddess.

The next photo is Pastor Rick Holland, one of the three leaders of Camp Regeneration in 2011. For 25 years Rick Holland served as the Executive Pastor of Grace Community Church under John MacArthur. Note Pastor Holland’s hands in the photo below. He is summoning the Horned God and the Crescent Crowned Goddess as he preaches to the youth assembly. This is also a Masonic hand signal. It is unnatural to do, especially with both hands, accidentally.

Pastor Rick Holland at Regeneration Camp 2011

Rick Holland is not blessing the youth but casting a spell on them.

“A wandless spell is a spell which is performed without the use of a wand. This form of magic can be particularly volatile, and can only be used effectively by powerful and disciplined wizards and witches. Sometimes, specific hand gestures focus the power of the spell and guide it to the target. This magic can be coupled with silent magic to cast spells under any circumstances.” (Harry Potter Wiki)

“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” Revelation 13:4

Another tradition of Druid festivals and John MacArthur’s Regeneration Youth Camp is the sacrificial pig. Offering a ritually sacrificed pig is performed on Lugnasadh not only in covens but in synagogues and churches as well as Regeneration Camp:

“In some covens (and in synagogues and some churches) a part of the August harvest is placed on the central altar as an offering of thanks to the bountiful deities…

“Lughnasadh has always been a Sabbat where only grains and vegetables were sacrificed, as animal sacrifices were usually reserved for the autumn holidays. But in Romania’s Transylvanian Alps, high in the dark Carpathian Mountains, there is a ritual enacted on the first Sunday of every August that has obvious pagan roots and does involve animal sacrifice. At daybreak, a procession of peasants take a live sow up the steep slopes of Mt. Chefleau where it is ritually slain in thanks for the abundant harvest. The blood of the animal must be allowed to flow into the earth. Then the fingers of the right hand touch the blood on the ground and are used to mark the sign of the cross—for protection and self-blessing—on the forehead. For centuries the local priests in this deeply Catholic land have tried to no avail to put a stop to this odd and ancient ritual. The peasantry, though they now offer their thanks and prayers to the Christian God, are convinced that their next harvest would be blighted should this ritual ever be allowed to go unobserved.

“Modern covens that wish to mimic this custom, especially those following Slavic traditions, might choose to bring a pig (even a small guinea pig would do) into the Lughnasadh circle and honor it. Pigs have been sacred to the Mother Goddess in almost every culture on earth, probably because they efficiently convert small amounts of raw grain quickly into large amounts of lean meat, therefore the pig symbolizes abundance just like the Goddess of the Harvest. Use red wine spilled on the ground to represent her blood and mark yourselves with equilateral crosses or pentagrams as a way of self-blessing.” (Sabbats: A Witch’s Approach to Living the Old Ways, Edain McCoy, p. 175)

Regeneration Summer Camp

“The pagan Anglo-Saxons performed animal sacrifice in honour of the gods… There are several cases where animal remains were buried in what appears to be ritualistic conditions, for instance at Frilford, Berkshire, a pig or boar’s head was buried with six flat stones and two Roman-era tiles then placed on top… Archaeologist David Wilson stated that these may be ‘evidence of sacrifices to a pagan god.’ (Anglo-Saxon Paganism)

Regeneration Summer Camp

“In some cases, animal skulls, particularly oxen but also pig, were buried in human graves, a practice that was also found in earlier Roman Britain. Certain Anglo-Saxon burials appeared to have ritualistic elements to them, implying that a religious rite was performed over them during the funeral.” (Wikipedia)

Regeneration Summer Camp

“The pig and its wild relative, the boar, are probably the most important totem animals of the Gaelic Celts, particularly in terms of their connections with the Otherworld, as providers of spiritual nourishment. When we consider that the Celtic / Gaelic system is in fact two systems, incorporating the ‘realms of the moon’ and the ‘realms of the sun’, that have over time merged into one system, we begin to realise why the boar and the sow have become the totem animals par excellence of the Gaelic Celts. They represent the twin forces of masculinity and femininity – the wild, untamed boar, the warrior’s challenge, and the sow as the giver of Life and Death… In the ancient Celtic system the boar is associated with the South and the element of Fire. It is connected with the life giving power of the sun. At the festival of Beltaine pigs bladders used to be carried by the Fool…

“On a spiritual level the boar acts as a guide that leads the warrior-hunter on a quest to the Otherworld… The boar is also the traditional food of the Samhain feast, a time when the two worlds meet..’” (Dalraida Celtic Heritage Trust)

Regeneration 2013 Summer Camp

“Lughnasadh is one of the Celtic quarter day festivals, celebrating the beginning of the harvest and the ripening of first fruits. This is a time for friends to come together, unite, feast, dance and be merry. Our previous Lughnasadh celebrations have often included burning a wicker man, vegan feast, lamb or pig spit-roast, games and challenges, community-focused ritual, usually finished off with some drumming and dancing around a big bonfire.” (Beltane.org)

Regeneration Camp 2014

Dancing around a pig’s head mounted on a makeshift altar is an annual ritual at Camp Regeneration as it is in many pagan cults and cultures during festivals held to honor their false gods.

“In the genuine mystical tradition, regeneration is the genuine state of higher consciousness achieved by the sincere seeker…” (“Brain, Mind & Altered States of Consciousness”)

Regeneration Summer Camp

Where did these Regeneration campers learn the Satanic hand sign and what does it mean to them?

From Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, p. 42:

“Gestures in Wiccan ritual can easily become second nature. When invoking the Goddess and the God, the hands can be held uplifted with the fingers spread to receive their power… The God is invoked with the first and fourth fingers up, the thumb holding down the others against the palm, to represent horns.”

See also: Wiccan Hand Signs

“The use of the horns as a symbol of satanic belief is recent, and is evolved from its use by heavy metal musicians and fans… The horned Hand gesture is also used occasionally by Wiccans as a symbol of the ‘horned God’ or as the horns of the Moon Goddess, depending on tradition.” (Symbol Dictionary)

Video of Born of Osiris’ song M∆CHINE from the album “Tomorrow We Die Alive”

Born of Osiris is an American deathcore band, formed in 2003 in Chicago… basing the name on the Egyptian deity Osiris, and the tale of his son Horus… The group is signed to Sumerian Records…”

Born of Osiris is a ‘deathcore’ band which offers a new musical genre for the death culture. Deathcore is extreme ‘death metal’ which can best be described as sounding like Pandemonium, the capital of Hell, in Milton’s epic poem, Paradise Lost. Deathcore metal is mostly popular in southern California, where John MacArthur’s church and Regeneration Camp are also located:

“Low growls and shrieked screams are common vocalizations. Some other techniques that deathcore vocalists have used include what is known as pig squeals… Deathcore seems to have most prominence within the southwestern United States, especially Arizona and inland southern California (mostly the Coachella Valley), which are home to many notable bands and various festivals.” (Deathcore)

There is also “Christian Deathcore” for punk rockers and drug addicts who want to continue their rebellious life style and pretend to worship Jesus at the same time. Alan Maag, owner of Domination Entertainment and Promotions, classifies “Christian metal, metalcore, deathcore, screamo, and hardcore” as “worship…music for an End Time Army.”

This End Time Army sounds suspiciously like “Joel’s Army”—Christian revolutionaries who will take over the churches and the nation and “change the world through a massive youth revolution,” according to false prophet Cindy Jacobs of Generals of Intercession.

“There are churches that will be command posts for revolution, and to these command posts I would say, I am going to bring a revolution. Look and see; I am calling radical revolutionaries to the church. ‘For I would say to you, My children there is a page turning in the heavenlies, and at the top of this page I have one word, and it’s ‘revolution.’ And I am getting ready to write a new page of history among the believers of this nation.’…a massive gathering of Extreme Youth who are willing to fast and pray to create a violent spiritual shift in the destiny of America.”

(See: The Elijah Revolution: Joel’s Army Coming of Age)

Latter Rain revivalist, Paul Cain, predicted that “God’s strange act is going to bring a new order of things and bring a new breed in and bring a transformation.” The “new breed” bringing in transformation would appear to be the popular hardcore, deathcore bands such as “Hatebreed” and Born of Osiris which use “Music as a Weapon” to cause the “Decimation of the Nation.”

“Born of Osiris has played at various festivals including the Summer Slaughter Tour (2008 and 2009) and the Music as a Weapon Tour 4. In 2009, they played on a co-headline tour named The Night of the Living Shred Tour with All Shall Perish, After the Burial, Caliban and Suffokate; Born of Osiris also supported Hatebreed on the Decimation of the Nation Tour 2, alongside Cannibal Corpse, Unearth and Hate Eternal.” (Wikipedia)

Other ‘deathcore’ bands which performed on the “Decimation of the Nation Tour” were “Toxic Holocaust” which delivered “an awesome rendition of ‘666,’” “Dying Fetus” which performed “Your Treachery Will Die With You” from their album “Descend into Depravity,” “Winds of Plague” whose latest CD is “Decimate the Weak,” and “Chimaira” whose latest album includes tracks such as “The Venom Inside” and “Secrets Of The Dead,” “Resurrection” and “Power Trip.”

Another variant of the metal genre is “Black Metal” which openly declares it is not music but warfare against religion and humanity:

SDL022 Ibex Throne (Usa) “Total Inversion” CD
“Ibex throne has unleashed the next round of artillery and warfare aimed at all religion and humanity. The future is lost, humanity is worthless, herald the end of existence and obtain this piece of black hatred. 8 new songs of blasphemous, Black Metal is Warfare, Not Music!!!

The cover of an Ibex Throne album features the Baphomet, the bisexual human-goat god which is the horned god of fertility worshiped by Freemasons and invoked by Satanists and Wiccans at Camp Regeneration.

The first song on the Ibex Throne album is “Anti-Christian Warfare”— the same warfare that is being waged globally by Freemasonry, Wiccans, Satanists and all pagan religions against Jesus Christ and His Church. (See: John MacArthur & Freemasonry)

The “Ibex” is found in the Old Testament as the “wild goat” (Strong’s #3277. יָעֵל ya`el) The Ibex is larger than the common goat and its horns are much longer, sometimes more than a yard in length and curved, like the long horned Baphomet.

IBEX is also the name of The Master’s College in Israel.  “The Israel Bible EXtension program, called ‘IBEX’, is The Master’s College (TMC) extension program in Israel.”  (IBEX)  Why would John MacArthur give his college in Israel the name of the wild goat?  Jews living in Israel surely know what “ibex” means.

The widespread appeal of the Deathcore, Hardcore and Black Metal genre to the youth culture should not be underestimated. SMNnews, which promotes and sponsors interactive forums for the “underground metal and hardcore world,” boasts that it has more than 35,000 registered members.

MacArthur-sponsored youth camps always include a rock concert which only differs from the world by a debatably Christian message that is drowned out by the din of amplified drums, electric guitars, keyboards, the shrieks of rock artists and rappers, and screams of the audience.

Regeneration Summer Camp 2011

John MacArthur hypocritically preaches against the worldliness of the Christian youth culture which he himself promotes:

Business as Usual at The Master’s College

“This year’s Camp Regeneration was held July 25-29, 2011. That would be during the month prior to the posting of the MacArthur interview I mentioned—the interview in which he took to task those ‘young guys’ who he does not ‘even think…have a biblical view of sanctification’–yes, those Reformed ministers who are ‘young guys’ who are using ‘the culture…to attract people’ and so putting the next generation at such risk of being sucked ‘into the culture.’…

“‘The fear is that the power of the world’s attraction is going to suck these guys, and every generation after them, more and more into the culture, and we’re going to see a reversal of the Reformed revival…. It is wonderful [the Reformed revival], but it is being co-opted and commandeered by a bunch of these young guys who, because they affirm the doctrine of substitution, get a free pass on everything else. I don’t even think they have a biblical view of sanctification…. My fear is that the further this thing goes in trying to accommodate the culture, the less it’s going to be able to hang on to that core doctrine…. I don’t know that the heart of this Reformed theology…. can really survive the pull of the culture which is attracting these young guys and which these young guys are using to attract people.’ (John MacArthur Interview)”

(Lecrae making Satanic hand sign)

LECRAE claims to be a Christian, and is promoted as such by John MacArthur, John Piper and other change agents who preach the Bible to the older generation of Christians but behind the scenes they are stealthily leading their children and grandchildren into the occult traditions. Lecrae passes for a Christian because he is endorsed by popular preachers and he received the 2013 Grammy award for Best Gospel Album. In real life he is a spiritual cross-dresser alternating between performances at Christian concerts and the pornographic MTV.

The Compromise of Lecrae and John MacArthur

“‘Holy’ hip-hop artist Lecrae has won a Grammy award. But he wouldn’t want to be called a holy hip-hop artist, or even a Gospel artist. Tell that to those who promote him, like the Gospel Coalition, John MacArthur and Grace-to-You, or John Piper and his Desiring God ministries.

“Why wouldn’t he want to identify with Christianity in all this limelight? No need to wonder. Lecrae tells us:

‘I don’t try to do Gospel music, I’m not trying to be a Gospel rapper, I’m a hip-hop artist…..I just wanna be honest.

‘Yeah, it’s a wonderful experience, you know, for me, technically, I’m a hip-hop artist. And so, it’s amazing to even be nominated in the Gospel category because I’m a hip-hop artist but I can walk in both worlds and so to be able to walk in that world and to ignite and inspire 60,000 young people obviously is a wonderful thing, and then to turn around and go do, you know, MTV the next day is crazy.’…

“Lecrae is distancing himself because, according to him, he can ‘walk in both worlds’ i.e., holy hip-hop (so-called) as well as secular (as if there’s a difference).

“The Bible talks about that. It’s called compromise; being a friend to the world.

“You know what is even more disturbing? That pretty much every blogger at The Gospel Coalition, Desiring God and Grace-to-You websites, as well as men like Paul Washer and Tom Ascol who have given their stamp of approval and are actively promoting ‘holy’ hip-hop artists like Lecrae and others. Think about it. By promoting Lecrae and misguided young men like him, the Gospel Coalition, John MacArthur and John Piper are promoting his thinking – compromise; walking in both worlds…

‘You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. – James 4:4’”

“Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.” Ezek. 22:26

“Sow: Luck. The sow, with its large litters, has long been a fertility symbol… In Egypt, pigs were slain at grand weddings because of their reputation for fecundity. Pigs were sacrificed to deities of agriculture as they taught men to ‘turn up the earth,’ or plow; the foraging pit turns up the earth with its snout. They are sacred to the moon goddess….” (Lammas: Celebrating the Fruits of the First Harvest, pp. 175-176)

More disgusting and degrading games…

The 2013 promotional videos for Regeneration Camp seem to anticipate that some Christians might object to the pagan nature of the games and activities. Damage control is therefore needed to prevent exposure of the pagan enculturation of the youth. For example, the first video is introduced by Andrew Gutierrez who claims that the camp experience is a chance to “focus on the holiness of God and His call for us to be holy as He is holy,” unlike worldly people who are proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy. Gutierrez piously exhorts that young people must have an “aggressive, active pursuit of killing sin;” and then the scene shifts to clips of the intensely competitive games, as if competition and team spirit are somehow applicable to killing sin.

The analogy is inappropriate. The promo creates the impression that competition and team spirit produce holiness when, in fact, they are mere works of the flesh (rivalries, factions) which are the enemy of holiness. ‘Team spirit’ can easily develop into a collective group mind through which evil entities can control the group for ungodly ends. It is well known that group situations have the potential for psychological manipulation of young people to conduct themselves in ways they would not otherwise behave.

Cults employ similar mind control techniques to divest their victims of volition and freedom. Occultists know that a ‘collective group mind’ takes on a life of its own, and they have a term for this entity, an egregore, which is the Greek word for ‘Watcher’ or angel. The Ritual Magic Workbook explains how the seemingly harmless phenomenon of ‘team spirit’ may become a ‘Group Mind’ which “becomes ensouled by the essence of a Master, or an Angelic Being” from whose control there is no escape:

“As yet we have not touched upon the teachings concerning Group Minds and Group Souls, but it is an area in which you, as a working magician, must have at least some basic knowledge. Along with the knowledge of Group Minds goes the sometimes dangerous knowledge of ‘artificial elementals.’ They are not the kind of thing to mess with, but it is in your interest to understand what they are and what they can do.

“Group Minds and Group Souls are often confused by the novice, but they are very different in structure and usage. A Group Mind is the result of organized thought by a group of highly motivated people, with its origin in a subject about which they feel very emotional and which arouses deep feelings within them. Never forget that emotion is the very foundation of a Group Mind, therein lies its power for good and evil…

The modern term for this kind of thing is ‘team spirit.’ It denotes a group of people with a single, emotive aim in mind. Normally a Group Mind will disperse as soon as the group that formed it disperses, but if they get together again, it will rapidly reform. Sometimes they do not disperse, but are kept alive by the group either intentionally, or because so much emotion has been poured into the Group Mind that it becomes ensouled, and we get an artificial elemental that takes on a life of its own…

“When this happens with an occult group, mystery school, or religious gathering, it can sometimes happen that the ensoulment comes only partly from the group itself, the greater part comes from a higher level. In short the Group Mind becomes ensouled by the essence of a Master, or an Angelic Being. When this happens we say that the group or school is now ‘contacted’…

“Sometimes, when used in connection with a mystery school you will hear a Group Mind referred to as an Egregore. This is a highly evolved form of Group Mind built up over many years quite deliberately by the brethren of an Order or School. It combines love, principle, and dedication and is the Guardian of that school, and also of each and every member belonging to it.”

The Greek word Egregore in fact refers to the the fallen angels of the Bible and is even associated with the Church when demonic activity is invoked.

“The word itself derives from the Greek word ἑγρήγορος (which means ‘Watcher’.)” (The Power of Thoughts)

“Eliphas Lévi, in Le Grand Arcane (‘The Great Mystery’, 1868) identifies ‘egregors’ with the tradition concerning the ‘Watchers’, the fathers of the nephilim, describing them as ‘terrible beings’ that ‘crush us without pity because they are unaware of our existence.’…

“The concept of the egregore as a group thoughtform was developed in works of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and the Rosicrucians and has been referenced by writers such as Valentin Tomberg. A well known concept of the egregore is the GOTOS of the Fraternitas Saturni… (The Initials of the degree of Gradus Ordinis Templi Orientis Saturni (33°) are similar to the name of the egregore of the lodge – GOTOS.)

“The notion of ‘egregor’ also appears in Daniil Andreyev’s Roza Mira, where it represents the shining cloud-like spirit associated with the Church. It is a common belief in Russia that the word ‘egregor’ originated from this spiritual book.” (Wikipedia: Egregore)

“An egregore, or egregor, is a metaphysical term for a sort of group consciousness, like a Zeitgeist, or an archetype. It derives from the Hebrew word for ‘angel’… A lot of people working to accomplish a goal, or even a societal desire or need that isn’t often expressed but resides just beneath the surface, will form egregores as well. If enough people want something enough, it will take on a life all its own, as they say. They’re like a kind of Greco-Roman deity, a metaphysical entity created with a particular theme or purpose, whether this creation is focussed and intentionally established or not… As sentient beings created by a collaborative choice, egregores can be considered ‘team spirit’, in a very literal sense.” (What is an Egregore?)

An egregore is therefore a ‘collective group mind’ under the control of an evil spirit which manipulates the group to do the will of that spirit. Since Lughnasadh is a festival of warrior magic, its energy source is the evil spirit which glorifies aggression and violence, behaviors which fuel sin instead of mortifying it.

Double talk is commonly used by wolves in sheep’s clothing to deceive the flock of Christ and preempt exposure of their evil deeds. In our research, we have found the following observation to be true:

“In our ongoing study of mysticism/occultism/spiritualism, we often find that the authors deny what they are actually teaching.” (The Trojan Horse: The New Age Infiltration of the Church, Scott and Smith, p.14)

Another promotional video features the Regeneration Camp youth leaders rationalizing the incongruity of warrior-type games, with war-paint, war-cries, pig-sacrifice, mud-slogging and other pagan traditions at a Christian camp. A female counselor admits that she is so competitive that she is “not nice” which may amuse young people but should alarm parents who expect Christian camp counselors to model Christ-likeness.

Another counselor jokes about the games being “sanctified all-out war.” Sanctification, however, is not achieved by participating in pagan games and festivities, thereby learning the customs of the heathen. Should not Christian camp counselors and activities model the holiness of Jesus Christ instead of glorifying the pagan culture? Jesus taught his disciples to be as gentle as lambs and harmless as doves. Competition does not renew the mind according to God’s Word and warrior games make young people fierce and warlike.

Today’s teenagers live in a culture of war and brutality. They cannot remember in their lifetime a period without ultra-violent television, movies, video games and books, school shootings, daily reports of global terrorism, wars and rumors of wars, and incitement to revolution. Not to mention the extremely violent deathcore, hardcore bands which agitate for revolution and bloodshed. Required reading in public schools today has progressively become more violent, occult, profane, uncivilized, explicitly sexual and crass. This includes “Young Adult” fiction of the horror genre.

In this Young Adult category is the Harry Potter series, which teaches witchcraft to young people, with the intent of preparing them for reception of the mark of the Beast and Luciferic initiation. (Audio: The Mark of the Beast, Harry Potter & the Luciferic Initiation) Also on required/recommended reading lists for children and teenagers is The Hunger Games trilogy. The plot of this series is a future dystopian American society which sponsors annual gladiator contests in which teenagers murder each other until only one contestant is left alive. The rationalization for children killing children being appropriate reading material for children is that it teaches them to rebel against the government that sponsors the games. (See: The Next American Revolution)

Mel Gibson as William Wallace,
“Scotland’s Liberator” in “Braveheart

Our Lord Jesus did not have the warrior spirit of a revolutionary. Nor did He enter the streets of Jerusalem waving banners with a battle cry. Neither did He encourage his disciples to compete in Roman gladiator combat or the Greek Olympic games, deceptively calling them “sanctified all-out war” games. The Jews would have welcomed such a worldly messiah, as they will the future false messiah. The prophet Isaiah foretold that the true Messiah would have a spirit very different from pagan kings:

“He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.” Matthew 12:19-20

Nineteenth century theologian Albert Barnes’ wrote of the Lord Jesus, “He shall not strive, nor cry: He shall not shout, as a warrior. He shall be meek, and retiring, and peaceful… A bruised, broken reed, is an emblem of the poor and oppressed. It means that he would not oppress the feeble and poor, as victorious warriors and conquerors did… He would not be like the Jews, proud and overbearing, and trampling down the poor.” (Notes on the Bible)

It is true that Regeneration campers are undergoing transformation, for they are learning the customs of the heathen and being gradually paganized to conform to the image of a false Christ —“a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences” who shall “devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.” (Dan. 8:23, 7:23)

The centerpiece of pagan mystery religions is the initiation rite, which may be another reason for the warrior-type games at these youth camps. Candidates for initiation were required to endure severe physical trials and only those who survived were deemed worthy to undergo initiation rites in which they were “regenerated” or reborn as gods. The severity of these pre-initiatory trials is described in pagan sources:

“The regeneration of the Mysteries was effected by sundry different processes equally wise and equally edifying.  Sometimes the aspirant had to fight his way through fire and water, to endure the most rigid fasts and penances, and to encounter all the horrors of darkness and all the yells of infernal apparitions : at other times, he bad to brave the edge of the opposing sword, or to submit patiently to the strictness of a solitary. Such however was only the preludes to the initiatory rite; and they were designed to prove the fortitude of the votaries, as that of Noah was proved during his awful and perilous seclusion within the Ark. The rite itself consisted, sometimes in the aspirants being born as it were out of a small covered boat, in which he had been previously committed to the mercy of the ocean; sometimes In his being produced from the image of a cow within which he had been first inclosed; and sometimes in his coming forth through the door of a dark rocky cavern or artificial stone cell, in which he had been shut up during the time appointed by the hierophant.” (George Stanley Faber, The Origin of Pagan Idolatry Ascertained from Historical Testimony and Circumstantial Evidence (1816)

“Though some of the information may well stem from evil gossip on the part of the early Christians, we are told that in Phrygia candidates were subjected to ‘prolonged fasts, absolute continence, severe bodily mutilations and painful flagellations, uncomfortable pilgrimages to holy places.’*… If in Africa practically all ceremonies are accompanied by blood sacrifices, the Greeks were not without these, as in Eleusis, for example, a young pig was slaughtered after the initiants had bathed in the sea. Furthermore, the mystes sometimes smeared his body with lime or plaster or received a new name and a new robe, like many African youths during and after puberty rites. The Greek hierophants, in some instances, wore masks as do their African counterparts; and sacred dances were also part of the Mysteries.” (*S. Angus, The Mystery Religions, A Study in the Religious Background of Early Christianity) (“Mystic Death, Marriage, and Rebirth,” Ida Postma, Sunrise, Nov. 1978, Theosophical Univ. Press)

In pagan traditions, initiation is the “rite of passage” which transforms a young boy into a warrior. Due to the infiltration of paganism, churches are now substituting initiation ceremonies for the “new birth” (which is solely the work the Holy Spirit, and not received by means of a rite or ceremony). For example, years ago the liberal neo-Evangelical magazine, Sojourners, featured an article authored by a Franciscan monk titled “Boys To Men: Rediscovering Rites of Passage for Our Time.”

“Cultures throughout history have felt that if a young man were not initiated to ‘the mysteries,’ he would not know what to do with his pain and would almost always abuse his power. Richard Rohr relates five difficult male initiation truths: Life is hard. You are going to die. You are not that important. You are not in control. Your life is not about you. Read his sample North American initiation pattern, A Process of Transformation.

A Process of Transformation
A sample North American initiation pattern.
By Richard Rohr, O.F.M.

WHO: “Godfathers” and teen-age boys of almost even numbers. No observers.

WHERE: Someplace in the natural world, apart from what has become predictable. “Liminal” and sacred space must be created.

[Editor’s Note: Sacred space, such as the “sacred circle,” is a physical area that has been ritually set apart for paranormal conditions to exist. “Liminal” is derived from the word limen which means “threshold.” Describing humanity as the Dweller on the Threshold, Theosophist Alice Bailey specified that “threshold” meant “the threshold of divinity.” The initiate is also called the Dweller on the Threshold, who is expecting to be transformed into the divine state through occult powers.]

WHAT to bring: Just what is needed for survival and ritual. Sparse, stripped-down possessions. No radios, tape players, newspapers, or books to hide in. Each young man has a special journal, perhaps presented by his mother before he leaves, which he is guided to write in at least twice a day. Honest feelings, fears, desires, prayers, and experiences must be named personally and safely or the young man will not go deep inside.

HOW LONG: From a minimum of four days to whatever is workable. If work cannot be taken off or schedules changed, the message of intense significance will not be given. Create expectation long beforehand in whatever ways you can devise: meet as a group several times, pray together, give books to read, make expectations very clear that everybody will be together from start to finish.

HOW: Three stages with the young man must be ritualized, experienced, and talked about:

1. Leaving, letting go, separation from boyhood, irresponsibility, his former status, and the seeing of women and older men as his servants. This can be done through some kind of death ritual, whereby he accepts the eternal pattern of dying as the prerequisite for all rebirth. Elders tell a bit of their story.

2. Experiencing an alternative universe now. Normally some time of extended silence, solitude, and deprivation wherein he can learn to draw upon deeper resources than he is presently aware of. The “desert” of Jesus, the vision quest of the native peoples “secularized in boot camp and athletic training” must be made sacred again, but not “churchy.” He must be alone long enough to see the patterns in all of nature.

3. Incorporating and affiliating with “sacred manhood.” This can be done in a final time of storytelling by elders, where they let the boys “in.” This must be vulnerable, honest, and intimate; sharing faith and one’s own path, along with hopes and care for the new initiate. There can be a celebration ritual and symbols given, but don’t overdo anything. A stark and clear understatement is safer for the male. If he does not feel manipulated or told what to feel, he is more likely to trust his real experience.

WHEN: At a time when elders have themselves been “initiated into the mysteries” and have something to say about reality, God, suffering, community, transformation, and growth. When boys are prepared, given expectation, but also can come with genuine freedom.

IF: The ritual can only be done if there is some “common wonderful,” some shared goodness, some “great idea” that the elders already have between them. Unless there is a collective wisdom that the boy is being initiated into, it will not have depth or endurance. It might take a year for the elders to find what it is themselves! Then initiate the next generation.”

The initiation ritual is designed so that the young man “does not feel manipulated,” even though he is psychologically coerced into compliance using the same mind control techniques employed by cults to deprive their victims of volition and freedom. The outcome is a fragmented personality that can be possessed by demons during “initiation into the mysteries.” Similarly, separation from parents in the Regeneration camp setting is ideal for manipulating teenagers to participate in games which are degrading and designed to violate their psychological boundaries and developing personalities. Through successive mind-control events, the youth are being transitioned to the point where they will be easily led to take the Luciferic initiation. This will require taking the mark of the beast, which John MacArthur has assured everyone is forgivable. However, those who take the mark of the beast will be unable to repent because God will have already condemned them.

“…because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” 2 Thess. 2:8-12

See: Part 1: The Mark of the Beast & The Strong Delusion

How many Regeneration Campers have already been initiated? Judging by the display of Satanic hand signs, not a few. How many of the campers, influenced by the Camp Regen rock concerts and MTV’s LeCrae, are fans of the Satanic music industry which is leading multitudes to take the Luciferic initiation:

“MTVs Video Music Awards have often incorporated dark and strange acts, containing some occult symbolism. This years version, however, outdid itself. The show left most people wondering what was wrong with Kanye West or trying compute the madness of Lady Gaga’s performance. The only way to understand the full meaning behind those performances is to look into esoteric teachings. The fact is that the whole awards show took the most common rituals of occult orders and re-enacted them in a show witnessed by the entire world.

“This years VMAs were very different from other awards shows. They focused on a very limited number of artists (Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga), while ignoring many others who were equally successful. The chosen artists became characters in the VMA’s ceremony and acted out different ritual dramas. This might sound totally crazy to the average MTV viewer but those acquainted with the practices of occult orders (such as Freemasonry) can decode the references to sacred rituals. There are numerous types of fraternities and rituals, from the most noble to the most infernal, and they have existed throughout History. The VMAs were decisively inspired by dark, sinister and even Satanic ceremonies. Lets look at those rituals.”

Bob Johnson is the author of a compelling expose of the purpose-driven, church growth, transformational agenda of John MacArthur’s church, college, seminary and global network of seminaries which partners with foreign governments.

John MacArthur’s Transformational, Church Growth, Purpose-Driven Church

In his expose Bob elaborated on the use of mind control in Grace Community Church. Since it seemed to me the young people at MacArthur’s camp were being manipulated by change agents, I asked Bob if he thought mind control was at work in the Regeneration and Forest Home camps and, if so, was this stealth operation conditioning the youth to eventually receive the mark of the Beast. His response is informative:

“I think you are right that these Camp events are meant to be a trauma to break down the personality. I think that they are similar to the psychological training that one would go through as a new private in the army or at West Point which would break them down ‘in order to build them back up.’ They are a trauma-based mind control, but not anything on a level where they would have total mind control (where a housewife could be triggered to go and shoot the police chief and then go back home and bake a cake and not even know that she lost time). I agree with you that these games will bring them to the point where they have lost their own minds so to speak in favor of the group mind. People will do in groups what they won’t do alone. Would you slide in mud alone?

Regeneration Summer Camp

“And I remember at that Glorieta camp how they were frequently meeting in groups. And remember what we found out—whenever 2 or more come together for a Purpose outside God’s will, an Egregore will control the group. And this will control their minds and behavior in a way that they couldn’t be controlled outside the group. So yes, the place to get these kids to take the Mark I suppose would be in a group setting where they are practically maniacs that have lost their inhibitions. These Camp events are similar I think to the group dialectic sessions where they must all feel that there will be no judgment and no fear of reprisal for what they do from those in authority. It’s like the facilitators that lead these events are saying, ‘If we can get these kids to do this, then we can get them to do anything.’ And if they will mark their faces with paint (which has some occult reason), then maybe they will take the Mark. When I recently went to a 7-11 store I counted nine different magazines on Tattooing. Why? Why not take another tattoo on your forehead if you already have 10 of them.

*Forest Home Summer Camp Promo*

“So I fully believe you are right—besides for the occult bondage that will come from these events (demonic bondage) I believe that they are being broken down psychologically through these traumas / peer pressure to the point where they will be easily led to do anything. I think you hit the nail on the head with that—but it’s more than just psychological—it’s a demonic bind I think.” (Bob Johnson, The Watchman Wakes)

John MacArthur’s book, Slave: The Hidden Truth About Your Identity in Christ, is another tool being used to reprogram young people to eventually become total mind control slaves of the Antichrist. MacArthur asserts that the Christian’s relationship to God is one of slavery and Christians who do not view and conduct themselves like slaves are neither Jesus’ disciples or friends or God’s sons and heirs. Slave is wholly based on a mistranslation of the Greek word doulos as slave and for lack of Scriptural support references the works of unbelieving anti-Christian scholars. Why does John MacArthur want his hearers to have the mentality of slaves if God has said in His Word, “Henceforth I call you not servants (John 15:15) and “Wherefore thou art no more a servant” (Gal. 4)?

Cults convert their members into mindless slaves of the cult leader. Freemasonry is a worldwide cult which brings initiates into spiritual bondage by means of initiation rites, oaths of secrecy and intimidation. As Alice Bailey predicted in 1934, all of the denominations are today led by Master Masons, and they rule over their flocks using the mind control methods of the Masonic lodge.

“Very definitely may the assurance be given here that, prior to the coming of the Christ… At the head of certain of the great occult groups, of the Freemasons of the world, and of the various great divisions of the church, and resident in many of the great nations will be found initiates or Masters.” (Initiation: Human & Solar, p. 62)

See: John MacArthur & Freemasonry

Masonic infiltration of the highest levels of the Christian Church (or what was formerly the Christian Church) accounts for the rampant abuse of church members as evidenced by the many blogs and websites exposing abusive churches today. Many former members of John MacArthur’s Grace Community Church have written testimonies of the manipulative, abusive and even violent tactics used to exert control over their members. Some of these testimonies are shocking; all are eye-opening:

Extraordinary Christian Testimonies that Expose
John MacArthur’s Church as a Mind Control Cult

Speaking of manipulation, most of the young people at MacArthur’s church camps probably have no idea they are participating in a pagan festival. However, their ignorance does not diminish the demonic power of the rituals in which they are participating.

“Secret Societies such as the Freemasons, Skull and Bones and Illuminati regularly engage in very specific ritualistic ceremonies and practices which are used to call up the various dark entities or ‘gods‘ that they worship. The elite believe that this is the source from where much of their knowledge and power is obtained. Much of the elite (bloodlines) believe that they are actually direct descendents of these ‘gods’. While it’s true that some of their knowledge and power is gained this way, the actual process is mostly reversed with the dark entities drawing from the energy that is freely given to them during various rituals and ceremonies…. Large gatherings of people who engage (knowingly or unknowingly) in ritualistic practices, provide very high concentrations of energy which help make them stronger.” (2012 Olympics: Occult Symbolism & Mind Programming)

See also: Part 11: The British Druids

Considering the pagan nature of the games and that many campers and counselors are making the Satanic hand signal, it should be obvious that Regeneration Camp is not a Christian gathering but a mind control operation directed and staffed by Masons, Wiccans and Druids. These wolves in sheep’s clothing are functioning as change agents to facilitate submission to the group mind, which is learning the way of the heathen and being primed to receive the mark of the Beast.

To the untrained eye, the activities at John MacArthur’s youth camps may look like harmless fun, however, they are loaded with Satanic signs and symbols which establish points of contact with the demonic world (which is also why the mark of the Beast will be an occult symbol).

“Occult symbols are fast replacing Christian symbols in our culture. Therefore, we encourage you to use this list to warn others, especially Christian children who intentionally wear and display them on clothing, jewelry, body tattoo, posters, because they are popular. Just like the handkerchief of the Apostle Paul was a contact point of God’s anointing, Satan also uses contact points, this is well known in the occult, satanic – occult signs and symbols are demonic contact points charged with demonic powers.

“Furthermore Satan who is full of pride, likes to put his stamp and his mark on his work, his people, his organisations, his institutions, his instruments, his programs, his broadcasts, etc, but this is also to enforce demonic power to it. Keep in mind that many of these symbols have double or multiple meanings. For example, the pentagram has been used to transmit occult power in all kinds of rituals for centuries, but to Christians who are unaware the same shape may simply represent a star—be not deceived!” (Truth About Symbols & Signs)

“Any symbolic pattern that has served as a focus for human emotion and energy will build up an egregore of its own over time, and the more energy that is put into such a pattern, the more potent the egregore that will form around it. The gods and goddesses of every religion, past and present, are at the centers of vast egregore charged with specific kinds of power. This power is defined by, and contacted through, the traditional symbolism of the deity in question.” (John Michael Greer, Inside a Magical Lodge)

Our expose, Designer Marks of the Beast, unveils the clever strategy of marketing occult symbols emblazoned on kids’ T-shirts to church youth groups. For example: Aliens, All-Seeing Eye, As Above, So Below, Backwards Writing, Catch the Fire, Circle within Circle, Cosmic Egg, Cross in a Circle, Cupid, Dragon, 8-Pointed Star, Eternal Flame, Fleur de Lys, Hexagram, Kundalini, Numerology, Obelisks, Peace Sign, Pentagram, Phoenix, Pyramid, Recycling Triangle, Rising Sun, Sacred Circles, Sacred Disks, 6-Pointed Stars, Slain in the Spirit, Solar Eclipse, Sun Rays, Sun Symbol, Survivor, Swastika, Swirling Light, Superman, Target/Crosshairs, Tau Cross, Third Wave, Thunderbolt, True North, Warrior/Tribal Theme, and Yin/Yang.

John MacArthur writes books and articles and preaches eloquent sermons warning against paganism and conformity to the world, but then sponsors youth events that are covertly pagan and conformed to the world. Unlike John MacArthur, the apostle Paul did not preach a message of separation from the world and then stealthily bring pagan traditions into the early churches:

“…for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing…” 2 Cor. 6:14-17

The next section will reveal the violent and demonic nature of Lughnasadh and other Druid festivals which culminate in human sacrifice. My purpose is not to be morbid or sensational but to equip Christians to recognize paganism when they encounter it, even in a church setting, and to comprehend the grave spiritual danger of exposing young people to camps and other church functions that involve pagan festivities.
